CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for Advance reservation

If you wish to cancel any advance reservation with us (after confirmation) then:

·     If the cancellation request is submitted more than 30 days before the delivery date, then we do not charge any cancellation fee and full reservation amount will be refund to you;

·     If the cancellation request is submitted less than 30 days but more than 15 days before the delivery date, then you will receive the refund after deduction of cancellation fee of $50.00 and; 

·     If the cancellation request is submitted less than 15 days before the delivery date, then you will receive the refund after deducting cancellation fee of $100.00. 

For Cancellation you can contact us at our email info@shopneoluxe.com. Upon    cancellation, the refund is applicable only at our sole discretion.

All refund will be issued as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Full refund condition

·     We can cancel your reservation if we are unable to deliver the ordered product, due to some unexpected reason, in this case you will receive 100% refund.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION

·      Partial cancellations are allowed subject to confirmation from our back office staff. Partial refund will be made in case of partial cancellation.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

·      In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and https://shopneoluxe.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
